With over 20 years of experience in national security strategy, intelligence policy, and global risk, he brings a focused, strategic perspective to complex problems. He has advised senior decision-makers across the U.S. defense and intelligence communities — including roles with the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, U.S. Cyber Command, and U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

A former U.S. Marine, John delivers clear, strategic insight when the stakes are high.

He holds a master’s in international public policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Harvard University.

He holds a current security clearance and is trusted to support sensitive national security initiatives at the highest levels of government.
